I know I already posted some food from Chile, but it is just so good! I absolutely love sopaipillas with pebre. Sopaipillas are basically a fried dough with a salsa. Some people make them more soft inside while others choose to make a crispier version. They're both delicious and you just can't do them justice while making them in the US. You'll just have to go to Chile and experience it yourself. You don't know what you're missing!
